Hello world

Starting my career as a Graphic Designer, I spent nearly a decade in the retail sector creating physical products and campaigns.
In 2018, I stepped into a leadership role with an incredible design team, which expanded my responsibilities and introduced me to my true passion:

Collaborating with people and bridging the gap between business goals and customer needs.

This experience allowed me to dive into strategic work—understanding and refining processes, working across departments to identify pain points, and finding effective ways to communicate ideas through thoughtful, engaging design.
As I considered the next step in my career, I aimed to work more strategically, in environments where my work could be iterative and data-driven. Flexibility became increasingly important to me, and the possibility of remote work was essential to balancing my personal and professional life. These goals led me to transition to Product Design in 2019.

Since then, I've worked both in design consultancies and in-house product teams, collaborating with a wide range of clients in the software and digital services sectors, across both B2B and B2C. I actively expand my network through mentorship, both as a mentee and a mentor, and I’m a committed participant in the design community.

As a mentor on ADPList, I support new designers as they work toward their career goals. Additionally, a friend and I run a side project offering mentorship to UX/UI designers transitioning into leadership roles or shifting into Product Design.

I was also honoured to serve on the Digital Design jury for 2024 Brazilian Design Awards. It was an inspiring opportunity to recognise outstanding projects and contribute to the design culture of my home country.

On the personal side, I'm an avid reader of fiction, a documentary enthusiast, and a longtime cooking lover.
Recently, I've started an exciting journey into vegetarianism, experimenting with new recipes and sharing them with family and friends.
